Or Tea? African Affairs, Rooibos Tea with Cocoa & Raisin

This naturally caffeine-free rooibos blend is a safe harbor in your tea journey. The rooibos sets a soft, rounded base, warm and mellow. Raisins bring a gentle fruitiness. And finally, chocolate notes drift through slowly, comforting and subtle.

The cup is smooth and surprisingly easy to keep sipping. It’s a blend that feels settled, calm, and quietly indulgent. The sort of tea you reach for when the day asks for less noise and a bit more ease.

Why we selected this tea

This blend stays close to the familiar character of classic rooibos: warm, rounded, and gently sweet, with a smooth body that is easy to drink at any time of day. The cacao kernels add a soft chocolate note on the nose without making the cup feel heavy or dessert-like. As it cools, the subtle notes from the raisins give the tea a bit of extra depth. Overall, it is a calm, comforting cup that feels familiar, with just enough nuance to keep it interesting.
