Refund policy

Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the last item, without giving any reason. At Teasenz.eu we extend this the return period to 30 days.

How to exercise your right of withdrawal

To initiate a return, log in to your account at teasenz.eu or click "View your order" in your order confirmation email, then select "Request return." Alternatively, you may contact us through the chatbox on our website.

You may also cancel your order at any time before it has been fulfilled. To cancel, visit your order page or contact us directly.

Return window

The 30-day withdrawal period begins on the day you (or a third party you designate) receive the last item of your order.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will refund the original purchase price within 14 days using the same payment method you used at checkout. If you enjoyed free shipping, the shipping fee will still be deducted from the refund amount.

Other Return Conditions

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, and in its original packaging.
  • Shipping costs aren't refundable.
  • Custom fees, possibly charged by countries outside the Euro zone, aren't refundable.
  • You are responsible for shipping costs related to returning the item to us.
  • Refunds are processed within 2 weeks;
  • When a parcel is returned as a result of a wrong shipping address provided by you, we have the right not to refund you as long as the parcel isn't yet returned back to us.
  • When a parcel is returned as a result of your failure to pickup the parcel from a local post office, we receive the right not to refund you as long as the parcel isn't yet returned back to us.
  • When the parcel is returned after you didn't pickup it up from the post office, we will contact you, and you my choose for a refund (excluding shipping fees) or pay 1 time the shipping fee to have your parcel reshipped. When you choose for a refund, the shipping fee will be deducted from the amount, even when your order was eligible for free shipping.
