We ship worldwide from our warehouse in Europe (the Netherlands).

Note: if you're not based in the EU, you may consider ordering from our global store: Teasenz.com. Shipping from our global store to non-EU addresses is generally faster.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders from €65:

  • Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg, the Netherlands: free shipping from €65.
  • Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, and Portugal: free shipping from €100.
  • Rest of Europe & The United Kingdom: free shipping from €85.
  • Other countries outside the EU: free shipping from €150.

Shipping Fee & Delivery Time

We apply a flat rate fee for our shipping service. The actual shipping cost and expected delivery time depend on the country of delivery.

DPD & DHL Parcel

For some countries we also offer the following shipping methods: DHL and DPD parcel. These methods are typically faster than our standard shipping method. The exact prices will be displayed during checkout.

DHL Express

For some countries, we also offer DHL Express. If you need fast and more predictable delivery times, you may consider this shipping method. The exact prices and expected delivery dates will be displayed during checkout.

Order Processing Time & Tracking

Orders are dispatched within 2 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email which includes an online tracking number.

VAT & Customs Clearance

VAT is already included in our prices for all EU countries.

  • EU countries: you do NOT need to pay any fees when receiving the parcel.
  • Non-EU countries: customs fees may be charged by your local postal company.
  • Switzerland: there may be a customs charge for orders above 65 CHF.
  • United Kingdom: there may be a customs charge for orders above 135 GBP.
