Il tuo "Xiao Fa Tuo" o "Vendi in Francia" è un classico Xiaguan Ripe Pu-erh apprezzato dagli appassionati di tè sin dagli anni '70. Essendo la prima esportazione ufficiale di Pu'er in Occidente (Francia), porta con sé una ricca storia. Il Ripe tuo 2022 è eccezionalmente morbido, avvolge i sensi in una fragranza di canfora e legno mentre delizia le papille gustative con il suo intrinseco retrogusto dolce. Altamente versatile, questo tè può essere conservato per un ulteriore invecchiamento o gustato subito.

Come preparare questo tè

How to make Xiaguan Xiao Fa tea?

There are two methods to prepare this pu erh tuo cha tea:

Gongfu brewing

Brew 8 gram with 120 ml of water at 100 °C. Steep for 15 seconds and add 5 seconds for each infusion.

Western brewing

Steep 4 gram with 350 ml of water at 100 °C. Apply a brewing time of 2-3 minutes and add 1 minutes for each subsequent infusion.

Nice young tuocha

One of the tuocha classics from Xiaguan... It's only two years old, so I think I will store the rest for a couple of years, but it's definitely drinkable already. You can taste the young age, but there are no funky notes... Very digestive and easy to drink.

Good tea

It is a decent Shu Puerh but for me it has a bit flat taste. Wanted to try new tea, not I understand that Shy Puerh with more buds for me better
But still this tea for rainy or cloudy weather can be a good option!

Delightful tea. Comes in a beautyful box. The tea is pressed in nest formed cake. It has very nice woody aroma. I love it. I think its a beautyful gift for Puer Lovers. I will definetly take some more as long as they are in stock :-)
