Come preparare questo tè

Western method

Infuse 3 grams of tea with 500 ml water at a temperature of 100ºC and steep for 4 minutes. For a second steep increase the steeping time to 6 minutes

Traditional method

Infuse 5 grams of tea with 100ml water at 100ºC and steep for 30 seconds. For the second steep, shorten the steeping time to 20 seconds. Increase the steeping time by 5 seconds for every next steep.

Cold-brewing

For cold-brewing you may use a bottle, jug, teapot or any brewing vessel that has a lid. Use 8 grams of tea per 500ml of cold water. Cover the brewing vessel with a lid, and store in the fridge for 5-8 hours.

Is this my favourite tea of all time? It comes really close. It is hard to describe in terms of taste because it is incredibly unique, and I cannot recommend this tea enough because it is just great in every situation, in every season. My only negative is that I run out way too quickly and I can't place orders as often as I'd like!
The aroma profile is the most interesting part: when dry, the tea gives off Oil paint tube scents, like if you were painting in your studio, like a nice linseed oil, whereas the brewed scents are completely different, rich and relaxing, mellow and welcoming. This tea is a must, I am so happy. You do of course taste the ginseng, but not in the way you'd expect it, there's no pungency.

One of the best Oolongs I have ever had.
We searched for this one a long time. We used to drink it in Hainan where they called it Lan Gui Ren. Love it and will definitely buy again!

Il nostro lavoro di design si ispira all'opera d'arte "Lungo il Fiume Durante il Festival Qingming" attribuito all'artista Zhang Zeduan vissuto durante la dinastia Song. Tuttavia, invece di mostrare la vita quotidiana delle persone nella capitale cinese (come nell’opera originale), con questo design raffiuguriamo gli agricoltori intenti nelle fasi di produzione del tè attraverso la stessa prospettiva a volo d’uccello.

Esaminando in dettaglio il design del nostro packaging, gli appassionati di tè osserveranno il processo di preparazione del tè: i coltivatori raccolgono, essiccano, arrotolano e cuociono le foglie di tè. Il tè viene poi degustato in un padiglione e trasportato da cavalli lungo “L’Antica Via del Tè e dei Cavalli” .

Il paesaggio tradizionale cinese e il tema della produzione del tè simboleggiano il patrimonio, la tradizione e il rispetto per il duro lavoro dei coltivatori del tè.
