这款野生信阳毛尖是一种精致稀有的绿茶，采摘自信阳核心茶区的高山地带。生产期每年仅持续7至10天，就在中国清明节前。因此，我们仅有5公斤的小批量货源。
茶叶小巧、微卷、呈翠绿色，散发出清新浓郁的香气。冲泡后，茶汤呈现花香与坚果味，带有栗子和轻微的烘烤气息，随后是清爽的柑橘尾韵。回味醇和、甘甜且持久，毫无苦涩感。与我们的经典信阳毛尖相比，这款野生版本更清新、花香更明显，且干茶更卷曲。如果您喜欢以下特点，我们强烈推荐：

Western method
Infuse 3 grams of tea with 500ml water at a temperature of 80ºC and steep for 40 seconds. For a second steep increase the steeping time to 1 minutes
Traditional method
Infuse 5 grams of tea with 100ml water at 80ºC and steep for 10 seconds. Increase the steeping time by 5 seconds for every next steep.
Cold-brewing
For cold-brewing you may use a bottle, jug, teapot or any brewing vessel that has a lid. Use 1.5 grams of tea per 250ml of cold water. Cover the brewing vessel with a lid, and store in the fridge for 5 hours.

我们的设计灵感源自宋代张择端画作《清明上河图》。不同于原画对汴京市井生活的描绘，我们采用相同的鸟瞰视角，生动展现了茶农制茶的全过程。
细观包装设计，茶道爱好者将看到一幅完整的制茶图景：茶农们采青、晒青、揉捻、炒青，最终在亭台品茗，再由马帮沿“茶马古道”将茶叶运往远方。
传统山水意境与制茶主题的完美融合，既象征着中华茶文化的传承，也寄托着对茶农辛勤劳作的崇高敬意。
