历史
信阳毛尖茶叶拥有一千多年的生产历史，其起源可追溯到 1903 年，当时政府从安徽请来茶艺大师改进种植和生产技术。这种茶很快在国内得到认可，并在 1915 年旧金山世博会上获得金奖，引起国际关注。如今，它仍是中国十大名茶之一，很受茶叶爱好者的追捧。

Western method
Infuse 3 grams of tea with 500ml water at a temperature of 80ºC and steep for 40 seconds. For a second steep increase the steeping time to 1 minutes
Traditional method
Infuse 5 grams of tea with 100ml water at 80ºC and steep for 10 seconds. Increase the steeping time by 5 seconds for every next steep.
Cold-brewing
For cold-brewing you may use a bottle, jug, teapot or any brewing vessel that has a lid. Use 1.5 grams of tea per 250ml of cold water. Cover the brewing vessel with a lid, and store in the fridge for 5 hours.
