If for any reason you're not satisfied, you can return unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery. If you want to return products, simply contact us through the chat box and state your order number and which products you want to return. We'll send you instructions for returning the goods.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, and in its original packaging.
- Shipping costs aren't refundable.
- Custom fees, possibly charged by countries outside the Euro zone, aren't refundable.
- You are responsible for shipping costs related to returning the item to us.
- Refunds are processed within 2 weeks;
- Reward points related to the purchase of goods will be deducted when these goods are returned to us for a refund.
- When a parcel is returned as a result of a wrong shipping address provided by you, we receive the right not to refund you as long as the parcel isn't yet returned back to us.
- When a parcel is returned as a result of your failure to pickup the parcel from a local post office, we receive the right not to refund you as long as the parcel isn't yet returned back to us.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question through the chatbox on our website.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
