How to make Chaze 'Yaocha' raw pu erh tea?
There are two methods to prepare this pu erh tea cake:
Gongfu method
Brew 5 gram with 100 ml of water at 100°C. Steep for 10 seconds for the first few infusions. Afterward, gradually increase the steeping time.
Western method
Steep 3 gram with 500 ml of water at 100 °C. Apply a brewing time of 1.5 minutes and add 1 minute for each next infusion.

Very intriguing sheng!
It's sweet like a kind of vanilla flavored candy, but complex with medicinal herbs in the mids and a wooden/mineral bass. Keeps being interesting and changing for each steep, but maintain a good balance.
This is an excellent tea for the price.
I thought it was a solid young Sheng Pu Erh. Like with most young Sheng Pu Erh, it is somewhat Green Tea adjacent, and had grassy notes, so your mileage may vary depending on whether you like that type of tea.
Good for an affordable pu'er. Not too bitter and sweet
