The leaves are spread on bamboo trays to wither.

To promote further oxidation, leaves are shaken on trays.

The partially oxidized leaves are heated to halt oxidation.

Tea leaves are rolled and shaped.

Leaves are roasted in bamboo baskets to enhance aromas.
The tea was floral and bright with a slight nutty aroma and a looong aftertaste. Very nice to enjoy in a slow gong fu cha session. I brewed it up to 7 times but I think I could brew even more.

Very nice almond milk flavor, almost satiating. Sweetness and flavor persists for over 8 extractions.

Oh yes. This one right here is delightful. This is one of my favorite oolongs that I simply have to have in the house at all times since I have tried it.
Not as strong in flavors as Mi Lan Xiang but absolutely amazing. The complexity level is perfect.
Xing ren dancing is for me an inset resting oolong tea for its fragrance, nut and delicate wood aromas. The taste is mild but it has not a lingering or profound taste in mouth. In the Chaozhou Dancongs my favorite is the. Mi L’an Xiang Dancong with its outstanding floral flavor and lingering taste.
It took a few tries for me to figure out how to make the perfect cup of this particular Dan Cong Oolong but after I figured it out I have to say it's among my favourite Oolongs out there
Good tea
Lovely nutty taste
Brewing: 6g/100ml, 100°C, 10s x 3, +5s.
Warmed-up dry leaves smell like chocolate, spices and candied fruit. When the leaves are wet, honey and fruity notes appear.
The liquor tastes of spices, stone fruit, nuts and a hint of cocoa, giving an overall impression of a very rich, exotic symphony.
A high leaves-to-water ratio is beneficial here. This symphony needs to be played at full volume.
Good Dan Cong.
Fruity and nutty, reminds me of toasted pine nuts and dried tomatoe with slight note of italian herbs.
It is a little flat though.
Very good Dan Cong at this price point!
