芽孢茶是白茶还是普洱茶？

芽孢茶只需手工采摘，然后晒干，因此加工过程极少。由于其制作方法与大多数白茶相似，因此一般也被归类为白茶。它的口感也与白茶相似，柔软顺滑，带有花香。有些茶客认为芽孢茶是生普洱茶，因为它可以像普洱茶一样陈化。

最后，可以说芽孢茶既不是白茶，也不是普洱茶，因为它不是用茶树的叶和芽制成的，而是用茶树枝条上的嫩芽制成的。

从分类上看，芽孢茶是一种独特的茶，因为它是用茶树的嫩芽制成的，而不是茶叶和茶芽。

泡法

Western method

Infuse 3 grams of Yabao white tea with 500 ml water at a temperature of 100ºC and steep for 1 minutes. For a second steep increase the steeping time to 2 minutes

Traditional method

Infuse 5 grams of Yabao tea with 100ml water at 100ºC and steep for 20 seconds. Increase the steeping time by 5 seconds for every next steep.

Cold-brewing

For cold-brewing you may use a bottle, jug, teapot or any brewing vessel that has a lid. Use 8 grams of Yabao tea per 500ml of cold water. Cover the brewing vessel with a lid, and store in the fridge for 8-10 hours.
