经典凤凰传承
土林凤凰8501是一款有故事的茶。其渊源可追溯至20世纪80年代——当时普洱茶尚未像如今这般备受追捧。“凤凰”之名首次扬名于1985年，由原下关茶厂专家林兴云先生指导创立，他将技艺带到南涧，自此“凤凰沱”成为滇南工艺的象征，与滇北的下关沱茶并立齐名。

How to make Tulin 8501 tuocha?
There are two methods to prepare this pu erh tuocha tea:
Gongfu brewing
Brew 8 gram with 120 ml of water at 100°C. Steep for 10 seconds and add 5 seconds for each infusion.
Western brewing
Steep 4 gram with 350 ml of water at 100°C. Apply a brewing time of 2-3 minutes and add 1 minutes for each subsequent infusion.
