来自福建安溪的正宗铁观音乌龙茶。这款清香型乌龙茶的特点是质地厚实，口感顺滑，具有植物和花卉香气。
它的名字源于一个传说：观音菩萨将一株茶芽赐给了一个贫穷的农民。他将其种植在花园中，并用其培育出了最好的茶叶。它名字中的 铁字指的是这种茶被揉成紧实的颗粒，当它落入茶壶中时，您会听到类似于掉落小铁块的声音。
由于发音困难，这种茶也经常被称为TGY。在一些中国方言中，它也被写成Ti Kuan Yin。

Western method
Infuse 3 grams of Tie Guan Yin oolong tea with 500 ml water at a temperature of 100ºC and steep for 1 minutes. For a second steep increase the steeping time to 4 minutes
Traditional method
Infuse 5 grams of Tie Guan Yin with 100ml water at 100ºC and steep for 30 seconds. For the second steep, apply a 15 second steeping time. Increase the steeping time by 5 seconds for every next steep.
Cold-brewing
For cold-brewing you may use a bottle, jug, teapot or any brewing vessel that has a lid. Use 8 grams of Tie Guan Yin tea per 500ml of cold water. Cover the brewing vessel with a lid, and store in the fridge for 5-8 hours.
