How to brew Bi Luo Chun tea?

There are two ways to prepare this fine green tea:

Gongfu brewing

Brew 5 gram with 100 ml of water at 80 °C. Steep for 10 seconds and add 5 seconds for each infusion.

Western brewing

Steep 3 gram with 500 ml of water at 80 °C. Apply a brewing time of 40 seconds and add 20 seconds for each subsequent infusion.

Spring all year round

From the first contact with the dry leaves you understand that we are dealing with a delicate and precious tea, which is evident from the freshness of the curled leaves and the silvery streaks that enhance the depth of the green. In contact with hot water, floral scents are released with notes of yellow flowers and freshly cut grass.
The wet leaves combine a buttery pastry aroma with a note of delicate vegetables such as carrots. Drinking it, the taste is substantially sweet and pleasantly fresh. The body is full and the sensation in the mouth tends to velvety; the finish is very slightly astringent which does not prevent a persistence that is also very sweet and brings with it a nuance of hazelnuts.
A simple and non-trivial sensory experience that allows you to extend the duration of spring well beyond the limits imposed by the calendar.

my favourite Chinese green tea - hints of green beens with buttersauce - I use a Tokoname unglazed teapot and can steep these tea up to 5 times.

Nice green tea with distinct toasty/nutty flavor, loved this one! Quite thick body, lasts for many steeps.

However, don't brew it for too long, it's strong and can become a bit bitter.
