这款经典中国正山小种的烟熏版本，正如其名，烟熏味非常浓郁。这是许多茶友一直要求的茶款，但我们始终对其持保留态度。Teasenz品牌代表高品质和正宗的中国茶。但这种红茶虽然在中国生产，实际上是一种"外销茶"。换句话说，它并不在中国国内消费。然而，烟熏版本其实是正宗的传统正山小种。而温和版本实际上是本世纪初为迎合中国茶爱好者的口味而推出的。

泡法

Western method

Infuse 3 grams of tea with 500ml water at a temperature of 95ºC and steep for 3 minutes.

Gongfu method

Infuse 5 grams of tea with 100ml water at 95ºC and steep for 20 seconds.

Cold-brewing

For cold-brewing you may use a bottle, jug, teapot or any brewing vessel that has a lid. Use 6 grams of tea per 500ml of cold water. Cover the brewing vessel with a lid, and store in the fridge for 5-6 hours.
