茶膏：古老的即溶茶

茶膏是一种源自云南的传统茶制品，通过将茶叶中的汁液提取出来，再精心浓缩成遇水即溶的膏状物。

这项工艺可追溯至唐宋时期，并在清代达到鼎盛，当时人们为皇室制作普洱茶膏。1911年清朝灭亡后，这些工艺大多失传，茶膏生产几乎绝迹。借助现代技术，如今已能生产出与历史鼎盛时期品质相近的茶膏。

How to Prepare Tea Resin Hearts?

Place 1 tea resin in a cup. Pour in 150-300ml of boiling water. Gently stir to help the resin dissolve and enjoy. If the resin hasn’t dissolved completely, you can pour in more hot water for a lighter second steep. Do not eat the tea resins.
