泡法

Western method

Infuse 1 ball with 500ml water at a temperature of 85ºC and steep for 5 minutes. For a second steep increase the steeping time to 8 minutes.

Traditional method

Infuse 1 ball with 100ml water at 85ºC and steep for 30 seconds for the first steeps and 20 seconds for the second and third steep. Afterwards, increase the steeping time by 5 seconds for every next steep.

Cold-brewing

For cold-brewing you may use a bottle, jug, teapot or any brewing vessel that has a lid. Use 10 grams of tea per 500ml of cold water. Cover the brewing vessel with a lid, and store in the fridge for 6-7 hours.

Nice shape, easy to brew, Sweet, mellow Taste, quite lash for a black tea. The liqueor ist thin and clear, the Tea last for about 4 Infusion using 150 ml Gaiwan . I prefer more aromatic, stronger Taste for a Black tea tea, so this tea is not mine. But considering the Price is okay. For Person who prefer mild, mellow Taste, this can be considered good choice
