依照吉普号多年的制茶经验来说一款茶的品质,原料是基础来自于勐库大雪山2250米海拔的深山高海拔和高湿度,孕育了丰富的多酚类含量大叶种茶叶自身水浸出 物含量就异常优越在发酵过程中,转化为了丰富的芳香类物质和茶褐素等内含物而结果，就是在醇厚鲜甜的同时，还带有了醇香，麦秆香。

317饼面圆润饱满,边缘紧致,饼型周正可以看到饼面上，间或点缀着金芽，光泽油亮有三，五级的叶料，也有七，九级的叶梗经多番测试，确定了一个较为合理的比例里外一口料，撬开亦可见分布均匀有序。

茶汤明亮通透,可媲美红酒的颜色透过光去看,非常的漂亮,可以感受到汤水的厚度入口绵柔,甜感清爽,香气醇正不觉中,口腔中回甘已经很突出了6泡 之后,茶汤变得更加清新爽口,通透甘甜此时，香气中多出来了一丝淡淡的麦秆香整个品饮过程都是很愉悦的体验从里到外，都展现着它的鲜活感

叶底舒展肥厚,清晰完整

How to make this 317 cake?

There are two methods to prepare this pu erh tea cake:

Gongfu brewing

Brew 5 gram with 100 ml of water at 100 °C. Steep for 10 seconds for the first steep to loosen up the tea leaves. Apply a steeping time of 5 seconds for the second and third steep. Afterwards, gradually increase the steeping time according to your taste.

Western brewing

Steep 4 gram with 500 ml of water at 100 °C. Apply a brewing time of 40 seconds and add 2 minutes for each subsequent infusion.

A very refined ripe puerh, incredibly smooth texture, almost silky or creamy, well rounded taste, earthy and dark, still, slightly sweet. It's well worth the money!
