How to make sticky rice ripe pu erh?
There are two methods to prepare this mini pu erh tuocha:
Gongfu brewing
Brew 1 piece with 120 ml of water at 100 °C. Steep for 25 seconds for the first steep, 15 seconds for the second steep, and 10 seconds for the third steep. Afterwards, add 5 seconds for every next steep.
Western brewing
Steep 1 piece with 350 ml of water at 100 °C. Apply a brewing time of 1 minute for the first two steeps and add 1 minute for every next steep.

Incredible tea. It has a nice roasted rice flavour, and is not too strong like many other shou puerhs. Fits my palette perfectly, definitely my favourite ripe puerh so far. My only regret is that I just bought a sample. I will need to order again soon!

This tea is quickly becoming one of my new favorites. I love the mild aroma of fragrant rice in combination with the earthy taste of the tea. It's perfect for my breakfast gongfu cha. After the first steep it takes on a beautiful dark color, it's not bitter at all, not even when brewed in a small 100ml gaiwan. I'll have to order more of this soon. :)
First time I drank this (new to ripe Pe Erh) I was disgusted and hated it. I was told it is an aquired taste, and this is true: it now is one of my favorite teas, and I love to drink it in the dark season!
