Steeping temperature: 100ºC

Western Method: Steep 1 moonlight white tea ball with 500ml of water for 1.5 minutes. Increase the steeping time by 1 minute for each next steep.

Traditional method: Steep 1 tea ball with 100ml of water and steep for 30 seconds. After the first steep apply the following steeping times for the next steeps: 20, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 seconds.
