A very aromatic and distinctive oolong, with clear floral, honey, and ripe fruit notes. It’s well made and interesting to taste, but personally it’s not really my type of tea. I prefer softer, cleaner, and more delicate teas with less roasted and mineral character.

The smoky, warm and soft taste especially for the cold period.

Delicious. This is a favored tea in our house. While we prefer rock oolongs the best. This is one of three Dan Cong Oolongs which have a permanent place in our home.

I first had Mi Lan Xiang in a Chinese tea house in Germany and was very curious to try another one.

This tea has been my absolute favorite. It has a wonderful aroma, sweet, flowery, a gentle astringency, and I think it is the first tea where I experienced a true "cha qi" moment!

Would recommend this tea to people who love oolong that is not too mineral or vegetal. This tea hits the spot for me.

As expected of a good quality dan cong

The roast is pleasant and the honey and peachy notes are very pleasant. It's a very potent tea, I was able to steep it as many as 15 times, I highly recommend it!

Very fine tea

Brewing: 6g/100ml, 100°C, 10s x 3, +5s.

Warmed-up dry leaves smell of spices, flowers and honey. When wet, the spices intensify and some crazy tropical fruit notes appear.

The liquor tastes of spices and tropical fruit, with a mineral aftertaste. A very rich and exotic profile, dark and violent in its deep vegetal notes, like a rainforest at night.

The violence tones down after ten steeps or so, but you'll never forget having been through the heart of darkness. Quite the experience.

A good Dan Cong for the price.

Floral and woodsy, but for me a tad too strong of a charcoal aroma. The charcoal aroma does fade after the 3rd infusion and the tea becomes more rounded.

4.5*, I recommend to try the Xing Ren Xiang!

At this price point a good introduction to Dan Cong's.
