Western method
Infuse 3 grams of tea with 500ml water at a temperature of 85ºC and steep for 40 seconds. For a second steep increase the steeping time to 1 minute.
Traditional method
Infuse 5 grams of tea with 100ml water at 85ºC and steep for 5 seconds. Increase the steeping time by 5 seconds for every next steep.
Cold-brewing
For cold-brewing you may use a bottle, jug, teapot or any brewing vessel that has a lid. Use 8 grams of tea per 500ml of cold water. Cover the brewing vessel with a lid, and store in the fridge for 5-6 hours.

Tea leaves are hand-picked in the morning.

The leaves are spread on bamboo trays to wither.

Leaves are rolled, breaking down the surface cells and promoting oxidation.

Oxidation
Rolled leaves are oxidized in bamboo baskets covered with a cloth.

Drying
The oxidized leaves are dried to reduce moisture to a minimum.

Sorting
The tea leaves are sorted manually or mechanically.
我们的设计灵感源自宋代张择端画作《清明上河图》。不同于原画对汴京市井生活的描绘，我们采用相同的鸟瞰视角，生动展现了茶农制茶的全过程。
