洞庭湖君山

君山的茶树得益于洞庭湖产生的浓密雾气、温和湿润的气候以及周围丰富的动植物环境的滋养。因此君山的黄茶茶叶富含氨基酸，形状厚实多汁。

口味特征

干茶叶呈现青黄色，带有一种鲜香和绿植的香气。香气层次包含豆类和坚果的香气，并带有一丝薄荷的清凉感和丝滑的质地。茶汤清透，呈现出类似白葡萄的淡雅色泽。口感几乎没有涩味，回甘悠长。

闷黄

君山银针通过闷黄工艺进行加工。茶叶在保持温暖和湿润的状态下，用一种特殊的纸包裹起来实现闷黄工艺。此工艺使茶叶释放并重新吸收水分。在温暖、湿润、封闭的环境中，促进了额外的氧化，甚至可能产生轻微发酵。经过一到两天后解开包裹，并根据需要重复此过程，直到达到理想的黄化程度。最后，茶叶通常经过低温炭火烘干。

君山银针的历史

据说在唐代，文成公主在出嫁西藏时将君山茶作为嫁妆带去。从五代时期（907-960年）开始，君山银针成为皇家贡茶，这一传统从唐代（618–907年）延续下来，并在宋、明、清一直备受推崇。在唐代，它被称为“黄翎毛”，因为冲泡时，带有细茸的黄芽在杯中竖立，犹如黄色的羽毛。根据陆羽的《茶经》，它被称为“白鹤翎”，因为这种茶在白鹤寺种植，用白鹤井水冲泡时，给人一种白鹤在水中优雅行走的意境。由于其精致的白色茸毛，它还被称为“白毛尖”。到了清代，它被正式命名为君山银针。

泡法

We recommend steeping this yellow tea in a glass teapot or straight glass to observe the leaves standing upright, gently rising and falling, often described as a 'silent bamboo forest' in China.

Western method

Infuse 4 grams of Junshan Yinzhen tea with 500ml water at a temperature of 80ºC and steep for 3 minutes. For a second steep increase the steeping time to 5 minutes

Traditional method

Infuse 5 grams of yellow tea with 100ml water at 80ºC and steep for 15 seconds. Increase the steeping time by 5 seconds for every next steep.

Cold-brewing

For cold-brewing you may use a bottle, jug, teapot or any brewing vessel that has a lid. Use 10 grams of Junshan Yinzhen yellow tea per 500ml of cold water. Cover the brewing vessel with a lid, and store in the fridge for 6 hours.
