A perfumy, hand-rolled jasmine green tea, scented with real jasmine flowers. While steeping, you will enjoy the view of the tea pearls majestically unfurling, releasing its delicate aroma. Enjoy a true jasmine tea with a soft and airy mouthfeel.
Instead of mixing tea leaves with Jasmine flowers, our Jasmine pearls are produced by covering tea leaves with a layer of fresh jasmine flowers. The layer of flowers are removed when their scent is fully absorbed by the tea leaves. This processed is repeated up to 8 times with new flowers, until the desired intensity of jasmine aroma is achieved. A wonderful traditional ritual, which is a true celebration of Spring.

Western method
Infuse 3 grams of tea with 500ml water at a temperature of 85ºC and steep for 1 minutes. For a second steep increase the steeping time to 1.5 minutes
Traditional method
Infuse 5 grams of tea with 100ml water at 85ºC and steep for 30 seconds. Apply again a 30 seconds steeping time for the second steep. Then, increase the steeping time by 10 seconds for every next steep.
Cold-brewing
For cold-brewing you may use a bottle, jug, teapot or any brewing vessel that has a lid. Use 2 grams of tea per 250ml of cold water. Cover the brewing vessel with a lid, and store in the fridge for 6 hours.
