这款茯砖茶由此泾阳茯砖厂制作，该厂只专门制作茯砖。生产管理者刘百顺拥有 60 多年的茯砖茶生产经验。该厂还为中国其他品牌制作茯茶，在黑茶行业享有盛誉。

金花

茯砖的特殊风味得益于 ""金花""。金花是黑茶中的有益微生物。对于大多数黑茶来说，它们是在适当的储存条件下产生的。然而，茯砖中的金花并不是陈化的结果，而是在茶叶加工过程中有意形成的。

茯砖的历史

公元 1068 年（北宋），茶商无意中发现茶叶上长出了金色的花朵。起初，他们以为是发霉了，便低价出售。没想到，很多茶客都喜欢它的味道。因此，茶叶生产商不断研究如何改进这种茶叶，并将其商业化。

直到公元 1368 年，这种茶才被正式命名。当时来自陕西南部和四川的原料被运到泾阳，伏天加工，所以他们将这种茶命名为伏茶，即茯茶。这种茶非常受欢迎，清朝时，30% 至 50% 的产量都被朝廷买走了。

How to make Fu brick tea?

Steeping tea

Apply 40ml of water for every gram of tea. For example, use 5 grams with 200ml of water at 100ºC. Apply the following steeping times for the first 6 brews: 5s, 5-10s, 10s, 20s, 30s, 1min.

Boiling tea

This tea can also be boiled. For this, apply a 1:200 tea-to-water ratio. So for 1 litre of water, you need 10g of tea. Boil the tea at low fire for 5-10 minutes.
