产自广东凤凰山的淡雅鸭屎香乌龙茶。干茶叶片大而紧结，色泽深绿如菠菜。

这种茶不采用传统的烘焙工艺来阻止茶叶氧化，而是采用抽湿脱水工艺。这样制成的乌龙茶香气浓郁、清淡，保留了茶叶的原汁原味。

茶质口感柔滑细腻，散发出圆润的青草香、复杂而有爆发力的花香。其香气特征类似于铁观音乌龙茶。不过它更强势、更复杂，给人一种独一无二的体验。

抽湿脱水工艺

抽湿，字面意思是脱水，是一种独特的单丛茶加工方法。茶叶经过精心采摘后，立即进行炒青，以启动杀青过程。然后，用手工揉捻，打破茶叶细胞结构，使汁液释放到表面。

之后，茶叶不再采用传统的烘焙方法，而是放在脱水机中完全停止萎凋过程。这样制作出来的单丛茶就格外鲜活芳香。此外，这种茶还具有令人愉悦的甜味和微妙的植物精华，让人想起铁观音。

泡法

Western method

Infuse 3 grams of oolong tea with 500 ml water at a temperature of 100ºC and steep for 3 minutes. For a second steep increase the steeping time to 4 minutes

Traditional method

Infuse 5 grams of Tie Guan Yin with 100ml water at 100ºC and steep for 20 seconds. For the second steep, apply a 10 second steeping time and gradually increase the steeping time for the next steeps.
