How to prepare this young Chaze Bing Dao tea?

There are two methods to prepare this raw pu erh tea cake:

Gongfu method

Brew 6-8g in 150 ml of water at 95-100°C. Pour out the first three infusions immediately, then increase the steeping time by 5-10 seconds for each next infusion.

Western method

Steep 3 gram with 350 ml of water at 95-100 °C. Apply a brewing time of 2-3 minutes and add 30 seconds for each next infusion.

    The leaves are spread on bamboo trays to wither.

  • Fixation

    The withered leaves are heated to halt oxidation.

    The tea leaves are rolled to release their aroma.

    Sun Drying

    Rolled leaves are spread on bamboo mats to sun-dry.

Excellent quality, but wish for better availability!

I am extremely happy with this Chaze Bing Dao Raw Pu Erh. Everything is just super and the quality is excellent! The flavor profile is exactly what I was looking for, and it has quickly become one of my favorite teas in my collection.
​The only minor downside is that, unfortunately, some items stay out of stock for a very long time. I would love to see more consistent availability because I’m eager to try more from this line. Other than that, everything is perfect. Highly recommended!

Because we've expanded our collection over the past 2 years with more choices, it has become also harder for us to keep things in stock.
