像这样口感浓郁粘稠的熟普洱茶实属罕见。虽然厚度适中,但其完全包裹口腔的粘稠感,我们只能用“惊人”来形容。仅凭这一点,它就成为了我们最喜爱的云南西双版纳傣族地区熟普茶饼之一。

这款茶饼采用精选茶叶与金黄芽头拼配,经毛茶精细加工后轻柔渥堆发酵,风味均衡。茶饼压制松紧适度,即使没有茶刀,也能轻松用手掰开。

茶汤甘甜怡人,带有枣与焦糖的香甜。随着冲泡次数增加,隐约浮现的米香与薄荷清凉感为功夫茶冲泡增添了层次感。这不是一款发酵度极高或过于浓烈的熟普,而是呈现温和的泥土气息,不带烟熏或强烈香料味。

虽然我们建议初始用沸水冲泡,但这款熟茶同样适合用80-90℃低温慢泡(适当延长浸泡时间)。耐泡度极佳,8泡后茶汤才开始转淡,同一批茶叶轻松可泡14道以上。

How to make Bai Fu 'Hundred Blessings' ripe pu erh tea?

There are two methods to prepare this pu erh tea cake:

Gongfu method

Brew 5 gram with 100 ml of water at 100°C. Steep for 10 seconds for the first few infusions. Afterward, gradually increase the steeping time.

Western method

Steep 3 gram with 500 ml of water at 100 °C. Apply a brewing time of 1.5 minutes and add 1 minute for each next infusion.
