Temporarily paused shipping service, 25 April - 9 May

From 25 April to 9 May our team will be in China to finalise our tea selection for this year. Orders placed on the 25th of April until 13.00 (Amsterdam, GMT+2) will still be processed on the same day. Order placed after this time will be processed between 10-12 May. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused.

Goal of the trip

While you may have seen many 2024 spring harvest teas offered on our website already, those are mainly early season green teas shipped by air. To guarantee a stable and fresh tea inventory, we need to carefully taste and select a large amount of middle and late season Spring teas, and prepare this for a large sea shipment to our EU warehouse. This include teas you all order a lot such as Lapsang Souchong, Keemun, Jasmine Dragon Pearls, Dragon Well etc.

While we regret a temporarily pause of our shipping service this year, this won't happen in the next year. In 2025 we'll move to a larger office/warehouse in Amsterdam and our team will expand.
