Explicação do 7581

  • "75" representa o ano em que a receita foi criada (1975);
  • "8" refere-se à qualidade das folhas usadas para este chá;

Half the appeal of this brick is its magnificent aroma

Half the appeal of this brick is its magnificent aroma. I’ve ordered this brick from three different shops, and nowhere else does it smell the way it does from Teasenz. Rinse it twice before brewing, and you’ll get a wonderful dark infusion rich in camphor notes.

Hello! Thank you so much for your feedback. We take great care in maintaining the right storage conditions for our teas, so your review means a lot to us. Enjoy your Zhongcha 7581!

A classic

I like this Shou it's a baseline for other shou, mine seem to still have a bit of wo dui note but i think it will be gone in a year. The hui gan is good at the end of the session (between the 10th and 14th infusion).

I hoped that the taste would be more prominent. Its actually good tea but the taste apperently is not to my liking.

Three tastes in one tea

The tea starts with a strong yeast taste, moves with further steeps into Brioche territory and ends with wet fall leaves. I recommend airing the tea at home to reduce the very strong yeast taste and have a longer rinse. That makes it a nice every day drinker at a very fair price.

A very well rounded ripe puerh

The taste is smooth and earthy, subtly sweet with no bitterness, great for anyone looking to find out if ripe puerhs are something fit for their taste or not. The smell on the gaiwan lid is velvety and sweet, very pleasant. It's really not hard to see why it's such a popular tea in China.

wonderful taste, great value

Brewing: 6g/100ml, 100°C, 15s, +5s.
Warmed-up dry leaves smell of wood and spices. When wet, those spices intensify.
The liquor has a muted boiled plum note in the background, many fascinating layers of wood in the middle and warm spices in the front. Smooth blend, good complexity. A soft bitter note brings the spices close to liquorice, but they end up somewhere different and exciting. Very interesting, very satisfying and rather cheap. Score: 9/10. Good for 8 steeps.
