How to infuse this 2019 old ripe pu erh tea cake?
Gongfu method
Brew 5 gram with 100 ml of water at 90-100°C. After a quick rinse, steep for 5-10 seconds for the first infusion, then gradually increase the steeping time.
Western method
Steep 3 gram with 350 ml of water at 90-100°C. Apply a brewing time of 1 to 3 minutes, according to your taste.

Vores designarbejde er inspireret af kunstværket "Langs floden under Qingming-festivalen" af Zhang Zeduan i Song-dynastiet. I stedet for at vise folks daglige liv i Kinas hovedstad (som det originale kunstværk), viser vi bøndernes tefremstillingsproces gennem det samme fugleperspektiv.
Når de undersøger vores emballagedesign i detaljer, vil te-entusiaster observere tefremstillingsprocessen, hvor tebønder plukker, tørrer, ruller og steger te blade . Derefter smages teen i en pavillon og transporteres med heste ad den 'gamle tevej'.
Sammen symboliserer det traditionelle kinesiske landskab og tefremstillingstema arv, tradition og respekt for tebøndernes hårde arbejde.
