Ako hovorí staré príslovie, „neodsudzuj knihu podľa obalu“. Tieto mesačné biele guličky nemusia vyzerať pekne, ale ich chuť prekoná väčšinu drahších a krajšie vyzerajúcich čajov. V skutočnosti si myslíme, že toto je jeden z najlepších bielych čajov, aké sme tento rok ochutnali!
Textúra je hladká a krémová s aromatickým profilom zrelého ovocia, korenín a bylinných cukríkov pri lúhovaní vo vysokej teplote, a sladká a kvetinová pri lúhovaní v nízkych teplotách. Čajová infúzia je jasná a priehľadná, má farbu mladého dezertného vína. Len niekoľko dúškov tohto čaju ponúkne upokojujúci pocit v tele. Celkovo zaujímavý a veľmi návykový čaj s množstvom chutí, ktoré vás budú lákať vrátiť sa pre viac.

Steeping temperature: 100ºC
Western Method: Steep 1 moonlight white tea ball with 500ml of water for 1.5 minutes. Increase the steeping time by 1 minute for each next steep.
Traditional method: Steep 1 tea ball with 100ml of water and steep for 30 seconds. After the first steep apply the following steeping times for the next steeps: 20, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 seconds.

Personally I only coldbrew my teas. This one was a wonderful coldbrew!! Smells and tastes of flowers and a little fruity too. There's the slightest hint of puer taste at the very back of the tasting. Very pleasant!
Surprisingly long-lasting tea with delicate, not overwhelming taste
The ball in 120ml gaiwan last for 2 liters of water until the taste fades, so it is a pleasant tea for a long session.
It also has a wonderful balance of taste and smell. So it doesn’t taste flat while being fragrant and vise versa. The taste is pleasant with distinctive white tea herbal/medicinal notes, and the smell has a distinct plum. Later it goes to a more herbal notes, but stays extremely pleasant. Lovely addition to any collection for a very reasonable price.

Delightful aged tea. While Moon Garden is my favorite aged white tea, for so many reasons. But this was wonderful to try. Getting an aged white tea that is already at its 7 years makes it a true treasure. If you don’t know the saying about aged white tea:
The first year it is tea, the third year medicine, and the 7th year a treasure.
This is truer than people realize due to the cultivation of flavinoind and other compounds. The benefits from aged white tea can truly not be understated. There are scientific papers on it which you can read and explain it, as it’s been studied. Truly, I must recommend aged white tea for its flavor and many benefits.

Extremely welcoming tea, with a consistent flavour profile. Will take you straight to late summer, dressed with a latent hue of honey. Well-balanced and very smooth.
Honestly a bit dissapointed. Some of the leaves are a bit too shredded and may be the cause of the tea-bag astringent type of taste. Its not BAD per-se and since its not too expensive its definitely an OKAY tea but its not very grassy or floral and it truly lacks the sweetness and pleasantness of an aged white tea. I seriously doubt how this has been stored because it does much more taste if old tea - tea thats past its best-before date - than AGED tea. I wouldnt buy any more of this unless it was a fresh batch, because then it would probably taste much better. Id much rather go with the other 2019 white tea balls on this site where I wrote another review, and is priced the same, buy that one instead!
Naša dizajnérska práca je inšpirovaná umeleckým dielom „Along the River during the Qingming Festival“ od Zhang Zeduana z dynastie Song. Namiesto zobrazovania každodenného života ľudí v hlavnom meste Číny (ako pôvodného umeleckého diela) zobrazujeme proces výroby čaju farmárov z tej istej vtáčej perspektívy.
Pri podrobnom skúmaní nášho dizajnu obalov budú milovníci čaju pozorovať proces výroby čaju, v ktorom pestovatelia čaju zbierajú, sušia, rolujú a smažia čajové listy . Čaj sa potom ochutnáva v pavilóne a prepravuje sa na koňoch po „starodávnej čajovej ceste“.
Tradičná čínska krajina a téma výroby čaju spolu symbolizujú dedičstvo, tradíciu a úctu k tvrdej práci pestovateľov čaju.
