How to make this Xiaguan 7653 raw pu erh tea?
There are two methods to prepare this pu erh tea cake:
Gongfu brewing
Brew 5 gram with 100 ml of water at 100 °C. Steep for 10 seconds for the first steep to loosen up the tea leaves. Apply a steeping time of 5 seconds for the second and third steep. Afterward, gradually increase the steeping time according to your taste.
Western brewing
Steep 3 gram with 400 ml of water at 100 °C. Apply a brewing time of 40 seconds and add 2 minutes for each subsequent infusion.

its pressed very tight so its a little hard to break down without lots of dust. Taste is pretty good for the price though, mellowed with age but still lots of energy and sweetness and some nutty tones with further steeps.
