This 2024 Raw Lao Tong Zhi Fen Dou is produced from wild tree tea leaves harvested from high mountain regions, aged 3-5 years before being compressed into a cake.
Rich in flavour, the infusion produces a clear, golden coloured liquor with an intense aroma. Its wet leaves are juicy, thick, and complete, a mark of the tea's high quality.

How to make this Lao Tong Zhi pu erh tea?
There are two methods to prepare this pu erh tea:
Gongfu brewing
Pry a 5 gram chunk of tea and steep with 100 ml of water at 95 °C. Apply for 10 seconds for the first 3 steeps and add 5 seconds for each next infusion.
Western brewing
Steep 3 gram with 350 ml of water at 95 °C. Apply a brewing time of 2 minutes and add 1 minutes for the next infusion.
