The most distinguishing feature of this teapot is the lid knob, resembling Taihu stones, which are limestones shaped by the relentless waves of Taihu Lake in Jiangsu province. These stones have a smooth surface, with rounded edges and holes and channels. Inspired by such natural creations, the artist crafted a lid knob that resembles Taihu stone, making it a true conversation starter.
