This in-house blended osmanthus black tea consists of whole leaf Keemun black tea and premium grade dried osmanthus flowers. It will delight you with its sweet and smooth taste.

How to Steep
How to Steep
Western method
Infuse 3g of tea with 350ml water at a temperature of 90ºC and steep for 1.5 minutes. 2nd steep: 2 min, 3rd steep: 3.5 min, 4th steep: 6 min.
Traditional method
Infuse 5 grams of tea with 100ml water at 90ºC and steep for 15 seconds. Increase the steeping time by 5 seconds for every next steep.
Cold-brewing
For cold-brewing you may use a bottle, jug, teapot or any brewing vessel that has a lid. Use 8 grams of tea per 500ml of cold water. Cover the brewing vessel with a lid, and store in the fridge for 5-6 hours.

Our design work is inspired by the artwork “Along the River During the Qingming Festival” by the Zhang Zeduan in the Song Dynasty. Instead of displaying the daily lives of people in the capital of China (as the original artwork), we display the tea making process of farmers through the same bird’s eye perspective.
When examining our packaging design in detail, tea enthusiasts will observe the tea making process, featuring tea farmers picking, drying, rolling, and frying tea leaves. The tea is then tasted in a pavilion and transported by horses along the ‘ancient tea road’.
Together, the traditional Chinese landscape and tea making theme, symbolise heritage, tradition, and respect for hard work of tea farmers.
