One of the few tuocha's by the Xiaguan Tea Factory made from single-origin tea leaves. This tuocha is made of tea leaves from Da Xue Shan. Hence, it deserves to be part of Xiaguan's premium 'gold ribbon' (Jin Si) collection. The tuocha is packed in a round paper box.

How to make Xiaguan Shang Pin Jin Si Da Xue Shan tea?

There are two methods to prepare this pu erh tuo cha tea:

Gongfu brewing

Brew 6 gram with 150 ml of water at 100 °C. Steep for 25 seconds and add 5 seconds for each infusion.

Western brewing

Steep 4 gram with 350 ml of water at 100 °C. Apply a brewing time of 2-3 minutes and add 1 minutes for each subsequent infusion.
