Το άγριο μωβ τσάι Yabao από το βουνό Da Xue προσφέρει ένα λεπτό άρωμα κρέμας, ροζ τριαντάφυλλα και νότες εσπεριδοειδών. Αυτοί οι αποκλειστικοί μπουμπούκια τσαγιού διαλέγονται με το χέρι από τα λάχανα των μικρών κλαδιών του τεϊόδεντρου Camellia Crassicolumna.

Western method
Infuse 4 grams of Yabao white tea with 500 ml water at a temperature of 100ºC and steep for 3 minutes. For a second steep increase the steeping time to 5 minutes
Traditional method
Infuse 5 grams of Yabao tea with 100ml water at 100ºC and steep for 30 seconds. Increase the steeping time by 5 seconds for every next steep.
Cold-brewing
For cold-brewing you may use a bottle, jug, teapot or any brewing vessel that has a lid. Use 8 grams of Yabao tea per 500ml of cold water. Cover the brewing vessel with a lid, and store in the fridge for 8-10 hours.

I cold brewed this overnight and oh my god is it wonderful.
I loved it so much. Tastes floral and sweet. Absolutely new experience for tea.
this tea is so complex, rich, naturally sweet a bit mineral and earthy, reminding me of the flavor of a purple sweet potato with the skin, sweet in flavor but you can still taste the earth from where it has been dug up. this duplicity creates a perfect balance. in addition the buds of this tea are so beautiful too look at while the tea is steeping.

Also this brews for daaaaays, I cannot believe how many full flavor sessions I can get out of this. Don’t be shy about letting it sit a bit as you get to later brews too. Truly, this keeps on going. Absolutely delicious. Worth every cent.

I bought a sample of this tea and i love it it has a bit of rose and citrus in it. If you you like floral tea and i guess rose then you will like this tea.
The tea smells a little strange for me and it also tastes strange. Maybe I’m simply not quite used to the flavor. Anyway, I won’t buy this sort of tea again.

A delicious and fruity tea with a bright cup. Very different taste refering to other white teas; with a high recognition factor.
A peculiar tea which in my opinion everybody should try at least once, just because it is vastly different from 'regular' teas. The dry buds smells pleasently of dry sweet herbs, 'tea', grass, hay, citrus and dried flowers. All of these notes expands greatly after the first brew in the gaiwan and bergamot, dill, flowers, roses and rosehib is revealing itself. The liquid is rounded, slightly oily, with a pleasant aftertaste and no bitter notes what so ever. I would put it between a green and a white tea, but more the latter. A real summer's tea.

Warmed-up dry leaves smell like dill and green beans. When wet, floral notes appear, along with a chicken broth umami.
The liquor is bright, with grass and flowers on top of that chicken broth base.
This is such a lovely and aromatic tea. Floral, and a hint of honey to me, but not like a tisane. I also like the structure of the liquid. It is one of the few teas I drink summer and winter, as it seems to blend in with both, being light in Summer and comforting in Wintertime.

Η σχεδιαστική μας δουλειά είναι εμπνευσμένη από το έργο τέχνης "Along the River Κατά τη διάρκεια του Φεστιβάλ Qingming" του Zhang Zeduan στη Δυναστεία των Σονγκ. Αντί να προβάλλουμε την καθημερινή ζωή των ανθρώπων στην πρωτεύουσα της Κίνας (ως το αυθεντικό έργο τέχνης), παρουσιάζουμε τη διαδικασία παρασκευής τσαγιού των αγροτών μέσα από την ίδια οπτική γωνία.
Όταν εξετάζουμε λεπτομερώς τον σχεδιασμό της συσκευασίας μας, οι λάτρεις του τσαγιού θα παρατηρήσουν τη διαδικασία παρασκευής τσαγιού, με τους αγρότες τσαγιού να μαζεύουν, να στεγνώνουν, να τυλίγουν και να τηγανίζουν φύλλα τσαγιού . Στη συνέχεια, το τσάι δοκιμάζεται σε ένα περίπτερο και μεταφέρεται με άλογα κατά μήκος του «αρχαίου δρόμου του τσαγιού».
Μαζί, το παραδοσιακό κινεζικό τοπίο και το θέμα παρασκευής τσαγιού, συμβολίζουν την κληρονομιά, την παράδοση και το σεβασμό για τη σκληρή δουλειά των αγροτών τσαγιού.
