Ingredients

Here are the ingredients you need for 4 servings:

Instructions

1. Make white tea

White tea is absolutely the best choice for this recipe, because the smooth and flowery aroma perfectly balanced with the grapefruit taste. In addition, it adds a thick texture to the iced tea.

Steep 8 grams of white tea with 1 litre of water at 85ºC (185ºF) for 5 minutes. Afterwards, strain the tea leaves, and let the tea cool down.

Alternatively you may cold brew the white tea. In this case, steep 8 grams of tea in 1 litre of cold water. Store in fridge for 6 hours.
