لم يكن اختيار أفضل المواد لأول قالب شاي أبيض معتق تحت علامة Teasenz سهلاً. لذلك، نفخر بتقديم "حديقة القمر": قالب شاي أبيض معتق نعتقد أنه يتفوق في الطعم، التعقيد، الجودة، وإمكانية التعتيق.
مفهوم العلامة مستوحى من لوحات الطيور والزهور الصينية الكلاسيكية (花鸟图) التي تضم عناصر وألوان تمثل عطر هذا القالب من الشاي. الغلاف مرسوم بواسطة فنانتنا سويي بأسلوب الرسم الصيني بالألوان المائية (水墨画). إنه جميل جداً، قد يستحق أن يُعلق في إطار على حائطك.
الأصل والإنتاج
يُصنع هذا القالب من أوراق الشاي التي جُنيت يدوياً في الربيع من أشجار شاي قديمة قرب قرية داهوساي في منطقة لينكانغ في يونان (الارتفاع: حوالي 1800 متر).
بعد الجني، جُففت الأوراق طبيعياً تحت الشمس وخُزنت بشكل مفكك حتى ديسمبر. نفضل تعتيق أوراق الشاي في شكلها المفكك لفترة محددة قبل ضغطها في قوالب. رغم أن هذه الطريقة تزيد من تكاليف التخزين، إلا أنها استثمار يستحق العناء، إذ تعزز من قدرة الشاي على التعتيق طويل الأمد.
في نوفمبر، تم تبخير أوراق الشاي بعناية، وضغطها في قوالب، وتركها لتجف طبيعياً في درجة حرارة الغرفة. بعد الجفاف، يُغلف كل قالب بطبقتين من الورق. وأخيراً، تُجمع مجموعات من خمسة قوالب معاً في طبقة إضافية من الورق وتُلف بأوراق الخيزران المجففة، مما يحميها من الرطوبة والروائح والأضرار أثناء النقل.
المظهر، الطعم والعطر
من الناحية البصرية، هذا القالب من الشاي متعة للعين. بعد ذبول وتجفيف أوراق شاي صنف "مونلايت وايت" بعناية، يظهر جانب من الورقة بلون داكن غني، بينما يظهر الجانب الآخر بلون بني دافئ. هذه الألوان تتباين بشكل جميل مع براعم الشاي الفضية المغطاة بالزغب.
كان اختيار أوراق الشاي التي تحتوي على عدد أقل من البراعم قراراً مقصوداً، مما أدى إلى قالب شاي يقدم نكهة أكثر حلاوة وكريمة وممتلئة، وعطراً معقداً، مع تعزيز إمكانيته في التعتيق.
تحمل هذا الشاي ملحوظ، ومع استمرار تعتيق القوالب، ستتحسن جودتها فقط، لتصبح أكثر روعة مع مرور الوقت.

How to Prepare 'Moon Garden' White Tea.
You may use the below steeping parameters as a starting point:
- Temperature: Whether you go for traditional or western brewing, we recommend a steeping temperature of 95ºC/200ºF. However, this white tea cake is also suitable for steeping at lower temperatures, if you prefer a more delicate taste.
- Traditional steeping: 3-4g of tea. Steep for 10 seconds in 100ml water for the first 5 steeps, then gradually increase the steeping time.
- Western brewing: 3-4g of tea. Steep in 500ml of water and apply a steeping time of 2 minutes for the first steep and 3 minutes for the second steep.
- Cold brewing: This is one of the best teas you can use for cold brewing. Cold brew 7g of tea for 7 hours in the fridge with 1-1.5 litres of cold water.
Note: The tea cake is fairly tightly compressed. We therefore recommend also buying a tea knife, if you don't have one yet.

I absolutely enjoyed that cake, the tea has a light, smooth taste with gentle floral notes, a touch of natural sweetness, and a hint of fruit. The aroma is fresh and floral, making it an easy-drinking tea that’s enjoyable any time of day. It holds up for about 7 steeps, with the taste only getting stronger. Lovely!

This tea has everything I´m looking for in a white tea: a multilayered deep aroma, sweet taste, thick texture, and long lasting aftertaste.
Aromas are full of flowers (peonies and honeysuckle), loads of fruits (sone fruits and red berries, bananas and pears), as well as creamy caramel and maple syrup.
The taste is oh so sweet - kind of a mix of the aromas, so a fruity floral jam of some kind.
It is creamy and thick in the mouth, and the energy is relaxed and happy.
And it´s not even aged yet!
For me, this is a perfect example of what a white tea can be like. You really hit a homerun on the first white tea under the Teasenz label.
I already bought a tong, and I can´t wait to taste it after 5-7 years of ageing.
A beautifully smooth and aromatic white tea. Sweet, floral, and fruity, with a soft creamy texture and almost no bitterness. It develops nicely over multiple infusions and is easily my favorite from the teas I’ve tried recently.
