White or Green Tea?
As a green tea which is called 'Anji White', its name is somewhat confusion. The term 'white' in its name in fact refers to the specific cultivar of the tea leaves, of which the fresh leaves have a lighter colour. While the dry processed leaves don't appear white, infusing this tea in hot water, reveals its light colour.
Anji Village
As the name already reveals, Anji White is from the Anji village in Zhejiang province. The village is home of a small community who make a living growing bamboo, flowers and of course: tea.

Very good tea, I like the nutty flaovur
The dried leaves reveal their innate freshness as soon as you open the package. They are very light, a pale green color verging on yellow, if not white.
After infusion, performed using the Western method at 80°C for 1.5 minutes, the tender buds open, revealing an extremely light yellow color and, above all, a slightly vegetal aroma with notes of orchid.
The color of the liqueur is also pale yellow and crystal clear. The taste and aroma of this delicacy are incredibly and pleasantly complex. Its fresh, sweet, and delicate flavor preserves the previously revealed vegetal and floral notes, even revealing typical umami nuances.
The body manages to be both soft and velvety, demonstrating how perfection can be captured in a cup of tea.
A bit more on vegetable side, less nutty but very good.
I love it . Excellent tea 🤗
Our design work is inspired by the artwork “Along the River During the Qingming Festival” by the Zhang Zeduan in the Song Dynasty. Instead of displaying the daily lives of people in the capital of China (as the original artwork), we display the tea making process of farmers through the same bird’s eye perspective.
When examining our packaging design in detail, tea enthusiasts will observe the tea making process, featuring tea farmers picking, drying, rolling, and frying tea leaves. The tea is then tasted in a pavilion and transported by horses along the ‘ancient tea road’.
Together, the traditional Chinese landscape and tea making theme, symbolise heritage, tradition, and respect for hard work of tea farmers.
