Classic and Comforting Ripe Pu Erh

2022 Dayi V93 Ripe Pu Erh Tuocha delivers a smooth and well-balanced shu pu erh experience. The aroma is clean and earthy, with notes of dark wood, cocoa, and a subtle sweetness. The liquor is deep, dark, and clear. The taste is mellow and rounded, without harshness, unfolding into a soft, slightly sweet finish. Easy to brew and consistent across multiple infusions, this tuocha is a reliable choice for both daily drinking and relaxed tea sessions.

My experience of trying out this chou poeur for the first time

Guys, to be honest, it was one of the two shu puerhs I ordered for the first time, and I personally didn't really like them. It's literally craving for the taste, but I can't say anything about the tea itself. It's a reputable firm, came without mold and well-groomed, so I'll give it a good 4 stars. Just don't order 2 shoo at once until you've tasted it before...))✌️😃

Hi, thanks for your honest review! We understand you, shu pu erh can be an acquired taste, and it's definitely something that can be difficult to understand at first. If you don't want to give up on it, try xiao qing gan, the mini oranges stuffed with shu pu. The citrus aroma of the orange peel smooths out the earthiness of the shu pu.

Or you could try our Amber Sunrise sun-dried black tea, which is processed like a black tea but dried like a pu erh, and it could be a better option if you prefer black teas.

Good tea but pricey

A really solid shou but it's quite expensive for a tea that is considered as a daily drinker

it's one of the classic I think - V93 is always predictably good. The best option for autumn. The quality is perfect!

I love the tea

I love the tea, I believe the shipping if however quite expensive.

Hello Claudio,
thanks for your feedback. We are glad you love this pu erh. As for the shipping fee, it's free for orders from €80 to most European countries. You may consider ordering more items in a single purchase or place an order with your tea friends to reach the minimum amount.
Anyway, thanks for pointing this out. We'll definitely work on finding ways to lower the shipping fees in the future.

Bang for the buck Shu, since this is from 2018 the wet pile smell is gone and the taste is sweet, thick and clean. Hints of peat, minerals and bread.

Perfect as a daily drinker
