Deze luxe en cafeïnevrije bloementhee bestaat uit 100% natuurlijke Sneeuwchrysanthemum-bloemen afkomstig uit het Kunlun-gebergte.

In tegenstelling tot de klassieke witte Chrysanthemum-thee, die een lichte en verfrissende bloemensmaak biedt, hebben onze Sneeuwchrysanthemum-bloemen krachtige en zoete smaken met moutige tonen en hints van rijp fruit en kruiden. Dit maakt het de perfecte rustgevende, cafeïnevrije drank om van te genieten tijdens de koudere seizoenen.

Sneeuwchrysant staat ook bekend als 'Sneeuwdaisy', maar moet niet verward worden met 'Sneeuwkapdaisy' of 'Sneeuwlandchrysant'.

How to prepare Snow Chrysanthemum tea?

There are two methods to makes this soothing flower tea:

Gongfu brewing

Brew 3 gram with 150 ml of water at 100 °C. Steep for 10 seconds and add 5 seconds for each infusion.

Western brewing

Steep 4 gram with 500 ml of water at 100 °C. Apply a brewing time of 1-2 minutes and add 30 seconds for each next infusion.

Flavorful. The flavor profile on these blossoms is rich and delightful.My partner is completely enchanted by them. We drink them as gong fu style, boiled tea, and I make drink syrups with these and goji berries. Also it can be a delicious blend to include gong chrysanthemum, rose blossoms, a little osmanthus, and goji for a mix of health benefits and flavors. My partner loves this as a soda replacemet when mixed with bruiswater

The golden tea I remembered from trip to Zhongshan

Drank a golden tea during a business trip to Zhongshan, China. When I got home, I tried to find it again. I remembered it was Chrysanthemum. Found this one, and it tastes just like I remembered: smooth, fresh, and clear.

When I smell this tisane, I'm back at my greatgrandmother's home, drinking juice with her and eating fizzy tablets. It reminds me so much of her.
And of course it tastes good as well.

Ons ontwerp is geïnspireerd door het kunstwerk "Langs de rivier tijdens het Qingming-festival" van Zhang Zeduan uit de Song-dynastie. In plaats van het dagelijks leven van mensen in de hoofdstad van China te tonen (zoals het originele kunstwerk), tonen wij het theebereidingsproces van boeren vanuit hetzelfde vogelperspectief.

Bij het nauwkeurig bekijken van ons verpakkingsontwerp zullen theeliefhebbers het theeproductieproces zien, met theeboeren die theebladeren plukken, drogen, rollen en bakken. De thee wordt vervolgens geproefd in een paviljoen en vervoerd door paarden langs de ‘oude theeroute’.

Ons ontwerp belichaamt de kunst van het thee maken en het respect voor de toewijding van onze theeboeren.
