  • Varje mini-kaka väger cirka 7 gram, vilket gör den perfekt portionerad för att bryggas i en stor tekanna. Alternativt kan du enkelt bryta dem i halvor för att brygga i en mugg, en traditionell gaiwan eller en liten tekanna. Ingen våg behövs!
  • Deras kompakta storlek gör dem till ett idealiskt te för resor. Dessutom kan du lämna tekniven hemma (en bonus eftersom den inte är tillåten på flygplan).

Hur man brantar

How to Prepare 'Moon Garden' White Tea.

You may use the below steeping parameters as a starting point:

  • Temperature: Whether you go for traditional or western brewing, we recommend a steeping temperature of 95ºC/200ºF. However, this white tea cake is also suitable for steeping at lower temperatures, if you prefer a more delicate taste.
  • Traditional steeping: 3-4g of tea. Steep for 10 seconds in 100ml water for the first 5 steeps, then gradually increase the steeping time.
  • Western brewing: 3-4g of tea. Steep in 500ml of water and apply a steeping time of 2 minutes for the first steep and 3 minutes for the second steep.
  • Cold brewing: This is one of the best teas you can use for cold brewing. Cold brew 7g of tea for 7 hours in the fridge with 1-1.5 litres of cold water.

    • Note: The tea cake is fairly tightly compressed. We therefore recommend also buying a tea knife, if you don't have one yet.

Incredible tea

I bought the 10 mini tea cake set to try it out and the tea is amazing. The tea material is high quality with big whole leaves and little dust. The entire mini tea cake opens up fully after 3 steeps and easily does 7-9 steeps. I has a really nice and refreshing aroma. I'm going to buy the entire cake.

Really good pressed white tea

I might buy a whole cake of this. Good tea and easy to travel with the mini cakes.

We're glad you like our aged white tea! Can highly recommend to buy the large cake for longer term storage, and then some mini cakes for drinking now and bring along your travels.

A great tea. Floral aroma slightly thicker than classic white teas. Absolutely no bitter aftertaste.
