We ship worldwide from our warehouse in Europe (The Netherlands).

Note: if you're not based in the EU or UK we recommend to order from our global store: Teasenz.com. Shipping from our global store to non-EU addresses is generally faster.

Free shipping

We offer free standard shipping from just €59:

  • Netherlands & Belgium: free shipping from €59.
  • Rest of Europe (excluding Hungary and Portugal) & The United Kingdom: free shipping from €80.
  • For Portugal, Hungary and the Rest of the World we offer free shipping for orders over €100.

Flat rate fee

We apply a flat rate fee for our shipping service. The actual rate and expected shipping time depend on the country of delivery.

DHL Express

For some countries, we also offer a faster DHL shipping method. While this is a more expensive option, it offers faster delivery and more predictable shipping times. The exact prices will be displayed during checkout.

Order processing time & tracking

Orders are dispatched within 2 working days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email which includes an online track & trace number.

VAT & Custom Clearance

VAT is already included in our prices for all EU countries.

  • EU countries: you do NOT need to pay any fees when receiving the parcel. 
  • Non-EU countries: custom fees may be charged by your local postal company.
  • Switzerland: there may be a customs charge for orders above 65 CHF.
  • United Kingdom: there may be a custom charge for orders above 135 GBP.
