Lots of honey notes. Wonderful clear liquid. LOTS of trichomes. Very good example of a high quality silver needle.

Brewing: 4g/80ml, 80°C, 30s, +10s. Warmed-up dry leaves smell like pine needles, due to the perfect combination of chlorophyll and camphor. When wet, notes of green leafy vegetables appear. The liquor has the same pine needle aroma, completed nicely by wild flowers and grilled vegetables. All in all, it's a spectacular example of what can be done with green teas.

A really good example of a silver needle, and one of the best white teas I've ever had in general. It can withstand high temperatures without becoming astringent or bitter, and retains it's wonderful flavour for over a dozen steeps. There's no way you could regret having bought this tea

Our design work is inspired by the artwork “Along the River During the Qingming Festival” by the Zhang Zeduan in the Song Dynasty. Instead of displaying the daily lives of people in the capital of China (as the original artwork), we display the tea making process of farmers through the same bird’s eye perspective.

When examining our packaging design in detail, tea enthusiasts will observe the tea making process, featuring tea farmers picking, drying, rolling, and frying tea leaves. The tea is then tasted in a pavilion and transported by horses along the ‘ancient tea road’.

Together, the traditional Chinese landscape and tea making theme, symbolise heritage, tradition, and respect for hard work of tea farmers.
