Hur man brantar

Western method

Infuse 3 grams of tea with 500 ml water at a temperature of 100ºC and steep for 4 minutes. For a second steep increase the steeping time to 6 minutes

Traditional method

Infuse 5 grams of tea with 100ml water at 100ºC and steep for 30 seconds. For the second steep, shorten the steeping time to 20 seconds. Increase the steeping time by 5 seconds for every next steep.

Cold-brewing

For cold-brewing you may use a bottle, jug, teapot or any brewing vessel that has a lid. Use 8 grams of tea per 500ml of cold water. Cover the brewing vessel with a lid, and store in the fridge for 5-8 hours.

Is this my favourite tea of all time? It comes really close. It is hard to describe in terms of taste because it is incredibly unique, and I cannot recommend this tea enough because it is just great in every situation, in every season. My only negative is that I run out way too quickly and I can't place orders as often as I'd like!
The aroma profile is the most interesting part: when dry, the tea gives off Oil paint tube scents, like if you were painting in your studio, like a nice linseed oil, whereas the brewed scents are completely different, rich and relaxing, mellow and welcoming. This tea is a must, I am so happy. You do of course taste the ginseng, but not in the way you'd expect it, there's no pungency.

One of the best Oolongs I have ever had.
We searched for this one a long time. We used to drink it in Hainan where they called it Lan Gui Ren. Love it and will definitely buy again!

När teentusiaster granskar vår förpackningsdesign i detalj kommer teentusiaster att observera tetillverkningsprocessen, där tebönder plockar, torkar, rullar och steker teblad . Teet provsmakas sedan i en paviljong och transporteras med hästar längs den "urgamla tevägen".

Tillsammans symboliserar det traditionella kinesiska landskapet och teframställningstema arv, tradition och respekt för teböndernas hårt arbete.
