Ho assegnato 5 stelle a questo tè non avendolo ancora assaggiato...come mai vi chiederete? "La Fiducia" sono anni che acquisto da Teasenz e posso dire che i loro tè sono di qualità e al di là delle preferenze non mi hanno mai deluso.
I primi anni acquistavo in Cina e nonostante i tempi di attesa se c'era un problema mi hanno sempre risposto cortesemente.
Da quando acquisto in Europa il loro punto di forza è la velocità, in una settimana il tè arriva a casa vostra, la cortesia non è da meno e inoltre i prezzi non hanno esagerate spese doganali.

Brewing: 5g/100ml, 100°C, flash rinse, 15s x 3, +5s.

Warmed-up dry leaves smell like fancy leather and old wood. When wet, the wood smell intensifies and is joined by forest floor, spices and a bit of stone fruit.

The liquor is very well balanced, with wooden and earthy notes cheered up by a delicate cherry fruitiness.

I usually associate shou pu-erh with rainy days, but this one is bright and chirpy. You can still feel the rainy forest base, but the fruitiness takes it into a more sophisticated direction - and without any ageing, which makes it even more impressive. A must try for all shou lovers.
