白牡丹は文字通り「白牡丹」を意味し、このお茶に使用されている生の茶葉、銀針（最高等級）に次ぐ、2番目に高い白茶等級に属します。当社の白牡丹茶は、細かく柔らかい芽と小さな茶葉をブレンドしたもので、これらが一緒になって、完璧にバランスのとれた風味と香りのプロファイルを提供します。
白牡丹より品質の低い等級は、より大きく、時には割れた茶葉から作られる拱眉と寿眉です。とはいえ、茶葉の等級が必ずしもより良いお茶を保証するわけではありません。実際、拱眉と寿眉は、よく処理されていれば素晴らしいお茶になり、より豊かで、よりフルーティーで、よりハーブのような香りがする傾向があります。対照的に、銀針と白牡丹は、より新鮮で、より花のような香りがする傾向があります。

The dry leaves give off an intense scent of hazelnuts, typical of a late autumn landscape that immediately suggests that we are in front of a delicious and refined tea.
The opening of the leaves during the infusion is in itself a bewitching spectacle that recreates the blooming of fresh flowers, with an intense amber color with golden hues. When tasting, we find a decidedly rich and full-bodied aroma in which those same initial tensions re-emerge, to which are also added sweeter notes similar to chamomile, ripe fruit and honey. In the aftertaste, the soft freshness typical of the buds continues to be felt, which persists for a long time in the mouth.
