The dry leaves are small, thin, shiny and rolled, emerald green in color, from which emerge silvery shades that are pleasing to the eye. When infused, carried out in gongfucha at 80°C with an initial infusion of about 10 seconds, the leaves open, revealing a vibrant green color that diffuses an extremely pleasant soft floral fragrance. The very bright and clear liqueur has yellowish green tones and appears medium dense and, when tasted, it offers the palate with greater intensity the same emotions previously given to the nose. The fresh and sweet basic flavor lets floral and vegetal notes emerge that mix together with great balance and a medium persistence that leads to a hazelnut aftertaste. The most beautiful aspect of this tea is the sensation of peace and relaxation that it produces, both when preparing it and then tasting it.
